Sexual health, with medical rigour and no waiting rooms
Erection problems, premature ejaculation, sexually transmitted infections, emergency contraception or HIV prevention: tell us in writing, calmly and without awkward conversations. A doctor assesses your case with the same seriousness as any other health problem.

The hardest part is starting to talk about it
Sexual health problems are among the most common reasons for seeing a doctor and, at the same time, among those that people take longest to ask about. Embarrassment weighs heavily: many people live for years with a difficulty that can be treated, or put off a test that would take a weight off their mind. Here you explain it in writing, whenever and wherever suits you, and only the medical team reads it.
What you can consult us about
- Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation: two very common reasons for consultation, with effective treatments.
- Sexually transmitted infections, such as chlamydia, and the urinary discomfort that sometimes goes with them.
- Emergency contraception, when your usual method fails and every hour counts.
- HIV prevention (PrEP), with the assessment and follow-up it requires.
Each treatment has its own clinical questionnaire, designed to pick up what matters: contraindications, warning signs and situations that are best examined in person.
Discretion does not come at the cost of safety
The fact that the consultation is convenient does not mean it is superficial. The questionnaire asks about your heart, your medication and your medical history because some treatments cannot be combined with each other, and spotting that in time is part of the doctor's job. If your case needs a physical examination, a laboratory test or urgent care, the doctor will tell you clearly and point you to the next step.
Genuine confidentiality
Your answers and your messages are stored encrypted and only the medical team sees them. The emails you receive never mention the reason for your consultation: they simply let you know there is news in your private area.

What our patients say
-
“Being able to keep talking to the doctor after the first reply is what I value most. I’ve written to him several times to tell him how I was getting on and I’ve always had an answer tailored to my case, not a template. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone on the other end.”
-
“I’ve had two consultations and both were handled with the same care: clear questions, simple instructions and a detailed reply. When I wrote later to let the doctor know how I was getting on, he took it into account and adjusted whatever was needed.”
-
“It was the first time I’d seen a doctor about anything online and I had my doubts. It was all straightforward: a clear questionnaire, a written reply from a doctor who had obviously read my case, and the chance to ask about anything I didn’t understand. I did it all from my phone without any hassle.”
-
“From the start they made it clear what can and can’t be dealt with in writing, and I liked that. The questionnaire asks its questions respectfully, and the doctor replies calmly and explains the reasoning behind each recommendation. I came back later about something else and the experience was just as good.”
-
“For me, discretion came first. The emails I get only say there’s news in my private area, without mentioning why, and nobody outside the medical team sees my answers. I was able to consult about something sensitive with complete peace of mind.”
